RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any items that are not completely satisfactory. All returns must be mailed within 14 days of the date shipped. For returns received 14 days after the date of shipping a credit note will be issued. Exchange requests will be fulfilled according to availability. A store credit will be issued for all returns and exchanges on discounted sale merchandise.
In you return package, please include a copy of your invoice with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. Please contact us for the correct address for return packages. Goods must be returned in a perfect, unused condition, so please handle items with care. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable in most cases.
We undertake an inspection of each item and carefully pack your goods to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you become aware of any damaged, defective, incorrect or short delivered goods please contact us immediately.
